How long will it take to receive my order?
Because all of our items are handmade, our production time can vary anywhere from three business days to three weeks. Once shipped, you will receive your order within 1-5 business days (in the US) and 6-10 business days internationally.
Can I rush my order?
If you need your order by a specific date, we can sometimes accommodate. Please e-mail hello@bipandbop.com to see if this is a possibility.
My purchase is a gift. Can you gift wrap my package?
All Bip and Bop items come beautifully wrapped and ready for gift giving. If you have specific gift wrapping requests (e.g., wrap all items separately, wrap all items together) please let me know in the notes to seller upon check out. Otherwise, your items will be wrapped together in an effort to reduce waste. Paper receipts are not included in the packages, as the receipt is available online.
I would like to layer my necklace. What lengths should I order?
We recommend about a two inch difference in lengths in order to avoid having the chains get easily tangled. If you would like to layer two necklaces, 16 and 18 inch chains will work well. If you would like to layer three necklaces, we would recommend 16, 18 and 20 inch chains.
